Norris Designs 9.719 @ 147mph

Hi guys,

I think this deserved a thread of it's own considering this was on the cars second ever run (got a 10.2 about 2 hours earlier). The car is still running low boost and on street legal tyres...so I think 8's aren't too far away

a seriously quick track car, which also isn't bad at the 1/4 mile

http://www.bhpcars.co.uk/mlr/evo-9.71.wmv

edit...sorry it's 145.59mph, and it says 3rd run, but it was it's second I'm sure...I was there for the 1st

I hear that the Norris car is prepping some drag tyres too...so we'll see what hoosiers + light weight means

i dont think that this car could be street legal in the US. However, ND always impresses the crowd....

I'm sure it'll get into the 8's....no launch control either yet. This thing will be the fastest later evo in the world soon....maybe even the fastest evo full stop. Not bad going since it's primarily a track car
