Hey... so a follow up a week later..
I got screwed over by the police because the office didn't make it an official report. Therefore, I am not entitled or allowed to receive the report, however only my insurance is allowed. THUS i can't go after that guy's insurance and i have to claim through my insurance. So i called up my insurance company and explained the whole situation, and they said they are going to call the police for me and get the report. Problem is the officer i talked to said they don't have any record of either of our insurance information, so hopefully my insurance company will be able to track this guy down and get me the money to fix my car Or i'll be REALLY REALLY PISSED and hunt this guy down
