im guessing that its because the 06' has a different gear ratio tranny. that's why it's shifted to the left.

I wonder if the 9's and 8's can swap trannies?

Just got back from Switzer's today, and I took a ride in the Evo 9! Wow is all I have to say . These babies pull ALL THE WAY TO REDLINE, and do feel drastically different then my '03 on stage 2. Boost DOES NOT taper at all, and pulls like a Motha'. I can't wait to see what they can do at Norwalk this weekend, so people can compare the two. I was very impressed with the car, and think that people's minds will change after the dust settles. Take a ride in one, then tell me that you don't feel a difference!

When will people get it through their head that it doesn't matter what dyno you are on, as long as you continually stay on the same dyno. All 3 cars were on the same dyno, so they'll all be equal in that respect. You dyno queens need to relax.
[/rant]

On a more positive note, it's great to see these comparisons. Hopefully we can see some back to back runs after some programming

You could attribute such small differences in those graphs to having bought gas at different places...

NEG, I could dyno my stock evo on a mustang dyno because you have to adjust the load on it. Dyno jets base off of the cars actual weight and load on the dyno.

You could cut the ignorance in this post with a knife!

especially when you have "moderators" helping push the BS.

Oops, I really liked this account, too. Oh, well.
