i, for one like the front - vintage evo - one of the reasons why i got the 8 instead of waitin for the 9 is b/c the 8 has the different front end which looks pretty hot v. the 06 eclipse which really looks tacky...but love all evo's regardless still a sexy beast on the street
front headlights and tails look sexy on a white evo for the ix as for the front im not digging it. i would rather get the 8 front. anyways when i went to the dealership the salesman was like yeah i dont understand why people want to mess with mivec, it took mitsubishi 25years to come up with it. i just looked at him like he was stupid and walked away. idiots will say so much stuff they dont even know what they are talking about.

that's my biggest gripe about the 9 front bumper, the opening is smaller, how the hell am I going to get a good flowing Nisei in there?? I like seeing the end tanks, etc. with the 8's opening, I don't see how narrowing and adding 2 holes increases the air flow at all. . .I would think the 8 flows better, but that's just me. . .
