I have an '03 Evo and just wondering how your Evo is holding up. Post mileage if possible and any major problems.

31K. No problems, just the normal grunts and groans. Mild mods and Dynoflash!

 

22k, only problem was an iac motor (warrantied)

 

20,000 with clearcoat coming off wing. also all four tires showed cord due to improper camber adjustment. might be a factory defect, but, it keeps getting dirty.

 

29,326 replaced the clutch... other than that.. no problems..runs like a champ.

 

Approaching 30k miles. Plenty of tracks and drags. GT35r kit since around 22k miles. Replaced 3 clutches (the second one was defect)... Runs like a champ.

 

42k miles. Only problems so far have been a power steering pump and ignition coil. Got 32k miles out of the stock clutch.

Transfer case feels fine.. tranny is starting to feel just a little sloppy at times. Planning on a TRE rebuild around 50k miles.

 

38K on '03 Evo. clutch went about 25Kmiles. now using an ACT 2600. then transfer case went out about 30K. went ahead and had the transmission and t-case sent to TRE and haven't had any problems since.

both problems with the drivetrain where driver error. if you know how to launch and rev match when downshifting, it will last for a long time.

 

the only problem with my evo is ( I am too attached to it) lol

approaching 39k miles....let see 1) belt and tensioner went bad. 2)Rotors warped. 3) seat back broke. 4)transmission would not go in reverse. ALL REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.
Now I have a bad headgasket. I will see if I can get that squeezed in for some Warranty Work.

 

32k miles...no problems yet...other then early signs of a slipping clutch

 

jus turned 18000 and lovin every second

 

blew the motor twice on at 25k and after the new motor it blew at 30k its i defect i think i got a ****ed up one but still love her to death

 

three motors!!!!!!!
