The Nur models also had Nismo N1 spec turbos, engine etc.
Back then, there weren't any plans for a GT-R revival. But now, there's plans and prototypes for a V6-powered GT-R for release in 2007 and for the first time ever, it will be available in left hand drive.
For the GTS-t's that you mentioned, M-spec on the R32 models meant they were turbo with the 5-stud hubs and four-pot calipers etc. On the R33, all GTS25t's were M Spec.

thanks it has been long .. but thanks think I am still on right track =) so M-Spec on R34s are heavy than Regular V-Spec right? so for R34 GT-R - M-Spec - V-Spec - V-Spec II - M-Spec Nur right?
Don't know about heavier, but the M-spec is more focussed on refinement and comfort. Basically the same but it has softer rear suspension than a V-Spec, leather interior, and a 320 kph speedometer.
In the last year of production for the GT-R, you could order it as "Nur" specification. This meant you got N1 mechanicals along with other 'limited edition' features. Only 1000 were made.
The model lineup basically consists of the base GT-R, the V-Spec/V-Spec II, the M-Spec, and the N1.
The difference between a base GT-R and a V-Spec was the V-Spec had the Attesa ET-S Pro instead of just Attesa ET-S. Basically just a better rear diff among a few other things.
M-Spec was the luxury version of a V-Spec.
And the N1 was the lightweight version with minimal creature comforts and higher-specced turbo/engine package. Also had no ABS.
btw, the auckland car scene has come a looong way since 8 years ago.
Well, the cars have anyway, everyone still laps around Queen st. etc.

I'm going to go with the Evo. It's a lighter car, and has just as much power. An Evo weighs about 3300lbs tops, and Skylines weigh over 3400lbs. I've actually heard that they weigh closer to 3700lbs. How true it is, I dunno.
The Evo is smaller, and more nimble. It probably also has steeper gears. I'm going to go with the Evo.

Queen st. I used to drive my STi RA in queen st. trying to loose some cops !!! their Holden is powerful but every corner.... mmm where did they go?
We used to hang around at Car Kings and sometimes meet at mag & turbo warehouse .. but it was like 7 to 8 years ago. and still that many cars ? used to have 200 cars every weekend(ok I will stop here coz its about to against the rules sorry)
time goes fast ---
Blah blah blah, like I said the Evo would win because they're both basically stock. I've seen videos of Evos, STIs, GTRs, RX7s stock race on a track and they all pretty much faster stock vs stock against a GTR. I'm not saying the R34 sucks by any means it's hella mean after some mods, but stock to stock an Evo is faster.
well, as far as im concerned the skyline is an amazing car, i agree 100% BUT......there the same as the 3000gt twin turbo, supra tt, 300zx tt, you can make ungodly amounts of power with them but they're big heavy boats. get a good launch, hit your shifts, beet the skyline everyone will shut up, and no one will ever want to race you again (well at least those guys) check my mods and my time. if you have all of those parts say goodbye to the 12's
The skyline..........will own you...of course with the correct driver. People if you dont know what your talking about please please dont comment on it. Soo many people commented on this thread and have absolutly no idea what there talking about just like soo many other threads here
