Ralliart front lip

The product title says "Ralliart Front Carbon Under Spoiler Mitsubishi EVO VIII,IX,MR 03".. is this for real with no fitment problems?..

it doesn't fit the VIII unless u have a IX front bumper. that's a good price for that lip by the way.

Ya, unfortunately...shipping from Ralliart to Japan warehouse cost money, Japan to here more money and here to you even more money.

Is the lip purely for visual enhancement or does it mount stiff enough to the bumper to be actually be functional?

What is the difference between the bottom section on the 8 and 9. I thought these were very close. Is the 9's lower trim piece not flat all the way across the bottom?
