Man, that's just sad. Another in a long line of stories about bad Mitsu dealers. All the Mitsu dealers I've been to in the Southern Cali area just look "ghetto" compared to other dealerships. Maybe that's just an indication of how much the owner of the dealership gives a crap about how his business looks to potential customers. If this is true, I can imagine how willing the owner would be in investing dollars into top people to run the business.

Don't wait to get them to fix the problem drop it back off and have a heart to heart with the service manager, talk to mitsubishi directly and tell them the full story before you go.

this is true of all the dealerships i've seen as well. the one here in valdosta is joint, honda, mitsu, and kia. They are three buildings in a row and the mitsu one looks 25 years older than the honda one. As for everything else, had the car on a lift tonight, and the rattle is definately not a heat sheild, completely removed the heat sheild and still makes it. Going back on the rack tomorrow to have the transfer case inspected. Absolutely rediculous.

Ha, ha that's funny, its like that around here too. Our building is pretty new and nice though. Usually Mitsu dealers get the hand me down buildings where other franchises have moved on to better, newer facilities. Unfortunate as it is, it shouldn't also automatically mean bad service. Mitsu is trying to make every dealer do seperate buildings (no dualing with other brands) and nice signage combined with a possible corporate look soon, but they don't want to force it on people because of the slump they've been in, no one could afford it, or feel it was worth investing in.

Well, I think customers in general are much more comfortable dealing with an establishment that has a clean, professional flair about it. Where would you rather shop? Saks Fifth Avenue or the swap meet?
