What is better IX,RS,MR
I don't know for sure, but usually it will be a bit faster, but not that much, and will have a higher top speed. For 5 grand you can get an evo to like 400 hp, with vortex generators and all that crap =P. Definantly not worth it in my eyes
well i own a RS and im soooooo glad i didnt get a stupid beefy Gsr.
1. I saved money
2. Got what i wanted
3. Its faster
4. i can get **** added if i ever wanted/needed it (other than abs, almost all apply)

RS isn't that much faster, and you can't get ABS, power windows/locks/mirrors, wing, cdplayer, speakers, for 2 grand that you save
Edit: I'm not sure about the power stuff, I thought the RS didn't have it but maybe it does.

How much can you afford will answer your question. If money is no object, get the MR so you can be cool like Warrtalon. If you want the best value for your money then get the IX. If money is tight and you like to tweak on your cars get the RS.

you shouldnt look at the RS as "you can't get ABS....." its more like it doesnt come equiped that way.
i wasnt on a budget when i got my car...i knew the evo i wanted was the RS...i considered a MR but the car i wanted was the RS. if they offered a RS with a 6MT i'd be all over it.
The only thing that is hard to deal without is stereo and keyless entry. Adding alarm/keyless and stereo is definately going to cost less than the 2 grand savings, not to mention better than what a stock ix has anyways. Depends on what you want, i like the lightest possible car. Weight= the enemy of performance whether it be in a straightline, through curves, or while stopping.
i put in a stereo in my RS for less than 400 bucks and its a nice clarion HU and some stock GSR speakers from a friends ride...
i said you can get almost all of it BESIDES abs if you didnt read my post correct, and it is faster than the rest and by a good bit
maybe its just mine (262awhp fully stock) but i can keep up with alot of evos with just basic bolt ons without flashes

you can get power anyhting in a car once you get a alarm, it costs more but it can be done and its quite a nice setup too
its like 150 for a 4 door setup from my friends shop of power locks on a none power car....
and windows can be done too, not really worth the effort but get some GSR door panels/window actuators and have em installed/wired and its all good...
i bought a RS since i didnt want those things all i wanted was the good parts of the car wihtout the extra comfort, since its not really needed
Why am I retarted? I'm pretty sure with labor and all it wouldn't be under 200 for 4 door power locks, and you have to have power locks for keyless entry, so again, how was my post wrong in any way?
