Dyon sheet *PICS* Almost 300HP to the wheels!

I just got my car dynoed yesterday. 296HP to the WHEELS! My mods are ARC intake, Invidia downpipe/testpipe, Apex Tit exhaust, Power FC, AVC-R. Soon to add Silkroad turbo mainfold, hard piping kit, JIC Elbow pipe, Greddy blow off valve and hope to hit that 300 hp +.

nice numbers...

but going to the track and seeing your trap time will let you know what you really are putting down

Everyone has a different way of rating their car, I would say it is unfair to make a statement like this. He could put down a similar time to a 500whp Supra too, track times don't mean everything.

Huh? If he put down times and mph equivalent to a 500whp, then it WOULD mean everything. It would mean he's making tons more power than expected and that the dyno reads extremely low. The drag strip confirms dyno readings...

The peak HP is fine, but the tune looks awful, imo. He should not be hitting peak HP at 5800rpm then seeing 25-30whp less at 6800...

Dyno's of any form are nothing more than a tuning device load bearing being better than roller. Trapspeeds are the true indicator of power.

If he put on an MBC, wouldn't that take care of the peak HP issue?

He has an AVC-R, which is an electronic boost controller.

Track times might not mean everything but MPH's do.

Do you have a response to my comment about the power falling off after 6k rpm? Who tuned the Power-FC, and what did the AFRs look like?
