March Motor Trend

On page 98 of the new motor trend, there is a new article on the Evo 7, and part of an old article. They tell us that the evo will be here fourth quarter 2002. I have a deposit down in indy, and they told me it will be here july/aug. If you doint belive me i dont care...just please be nice about it.

Once again we must remember that the only thing Mitsubishi has confirmed is that the Evo would be here by Jan 03 and have more than 250 HP. That's all we know.

I'm going to have to agree with Rax on this one....

The only offical word that we've gotten from Mitsu. is 250+ hp and here by Jan. '03

Motor Trend and Car and Driver are saying different things....what that says to me is that nobody really knows jack ****

I'm still waitin on official word from Mitsubishi....

Evo VII will not be coming to the USA this winter!!

I just wanted to let everyone know the information that my partners and myself have been told by Mitsubishi.

As of right now, there will be no Evo VII coming to the USA, at all!

Mitsubishi is going to be bringing the Evo VIII to the USA Summer of 2003!

If you find this hard to believe, just call any Mitsubishi Dealership in the country and ask them when they expect to be getting the Evo. If the dealership you are asking is "In the know" then they will tell you that they have nothing coming until Summer 2003.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I just want to make sure that everyone can get their deposits back, because the Evo VII is NOT coming to the USA this winter.
