hidplace.com order

has anyone ordered products from them before, if so what was your experience w/ them? i ordered bulb upgrades(6k) from them, its been a good 10 days or so now. i havent recieved any confirmation email w/ tracking #. ive called them 2-3 times now and left messages and have not recieved a phone call back. im still a little bitter, i ordered foglight bulb upgrades from europeanautosport.com over 2 weeks and just now recieved them. but they were decent enough to send me several emails w/ tracking #.

ps. changing the foglight bulbs isnt a pia like changing the lowbeam bulbs is it?

the ONLY place to buy D2S bulbs that wont reduce lumens and the stuff is on sale for Evom pretty much all the time at that link.
FOg lamps is cake to change, you can reach in there drivers side, passenger side just remove the two bolts on the reservior, pull it out a bit and stick your hand in, super easy.
