My dealer told me my car is safe, but for curiosity's sake I checked my coolant and my overflow tank is empty. Odd...

I saw that happened to you while searching on here and had never heard of it before, so I then went to the NHTSA site to find out exactly what else was on the list.

Hey War, for those TSB's do you know if you gotta be suffering from the discrpency to have the service provided. Like if i want the hoses for the cooling system replaced but i am not having a problem, will they still do it ? Preventative maintenance ya know .

Actually, the coolant hose problem is a RECALL, which is a major safety concern that has to be fixed immediately, but only if your VIN shows up as one of the affected 05s. For the TSBs, I actually am not certain if they have to do it unless you are experiencing a problem. I mentioned this earlier in the thread...I had one done for my windshield rattle, and they took my word for it. If I had just said, "Hey, will you do this TSB even though I don't have a problem yet," I'm not sure they would have done it. It may also depend on the service dept itself...

It does for me. What error do you get, and what URL do you see in the status bar at the bottom when you roll over the link?

That is the correct link, and even the one you posted works for me.

I know I got my windshield rattle fixed according to the TSB just because I said it was rattling.
hey warrtalon, i think i may have the same rattle, can you describe it a little more to see if mine is the same.

it seems to rattle more when it is colder, and it sounds like i have something in the passenger door pocket ( like a small bottle of tylenol or something like that )

sorry to hijack the thread, but i was interested to know if it is the same.
