I heard there was a TSB out for the 2nd and 5th gear synchros on the IX MR's...I checked the NHTSA and there's nothing on there. I have a very bad grind in 2nd gear thats intermittent...I took it to South Coast Mitsu and they said they couldn't replicate the problem. I'm stock engine-wise...any ideas or suggestions?

anyone know the coolant hose part# for the tsb on 2005 evos? Id rather just buy and change the hose than put it all back to stock and take to dealer. Thanks.

 

When it's a known TSB, then the mods shouldn't affect it getting done under warranty. They can't legally deny warranty coverage for unrelated mods, but if you're worried about them red flagging you, then that's another story.
