Just keep trying. I found all this by going there and following the directions. It's pretty self-explanatory.
I just went and tried it - got right to the 2006 Evo TSBs - there are 2 so far. It's easy to use - look it up by vehicle.

I think you gave me the wrong URL, was this the site you were referring to?

ok I found the two TSB. I am currently experiencing a grind in 5th grear and there is no TSB for this for 2006 cars. Am I still covered under the TSB for this issue for earlier model years?

No, the TSBs are year-specific, but a TSB is just a TSB. It doesn't mean you can't also get a grind fixed for your 06. You should take it to the dealer, have them replicate the grind, then they should fix it no questions asked, although it wouldn't be surprising if they blame your mods.
For a better chance of them fixing it swap all your parts back to stock. I now its a pain but it might be worth it for the fix

I would print out the 03 TSB (posted in the 03 TSB thread) and take it in so that they realize it's a common problem with all Evos, whether Mitsu recognizes it on 04-06s or not.
Swapping everything back should not be too big a deal, aside from the 02 housing which I might just leave on. Although it would be REALLY annoying to swap it all back and have them still not cover it under warranty.
The other thing is that I am going to swap my 4th gear with a 4th gear from an Evo 8. If they replace my 5th gear under warranty I still need to swap my 4th. I was thinking I could try and talk to the mechanic who was going to work on the car and see If I can sorta bribe him to do the swap if I give him the parts. Although with the changing of 4th and the grinding in 5th it might make sense to just pay for it myself. I would probably put in a clutch at the same time also.

Thanks for this Warr. I've bookmarked it for future reference. Hopefully I will never have to use it. As far as going to the dealership and worrying about them voiding your warranty I will always put my stock parts back on. I don't want that hassle from them and spending a few hours putting all the stock parts back on is well worth the peace of mind.
just called my dealer. they ran my vin and turns out my car WAS one of the ones affected by the recal.
the hose was replaced prior to delivery to me. when i bought the car the dealer never mentioned any work done on the car......
i guess they just replaced it while the car was sitting on the lot waiting to be sold.
THANKS WARR.

BTW, the best thing to do is order the TSBs from the government web site. They say that there will be a charge that you agree to pay ahead of time without knowing the amount. I ordered four TSB's and when they arrived the form letter said that they were free. So, I'm guessing that if the volume you order isn't too much you get the stuff free.
The information is run off on a bad copier so they aren't super legible.
