i had an SRT4 ( i know i know, Rice rocket) and it was LOUIDDDDD 3 in Turbo back Side Exit. And i never got pulled over for the exhuast at all. I got pulled over for the stock exhaut. I think its just a luck of the draw to be honest with you. Went to Court and beat the ticket.

With this car, I havent even had a cop as much as look @ me in the wrong way. Not even close to getting pulled over. So i dont know what to tell you. Granted I have a axle back BS Magnaflo on it ( i didnt Put it on came with the car)

Im getting scared for when i put on my HI power

never got pulled over for my exhaust.. my car was disturbingly loud, i drove alot everyday as well.

when i added hfc and dp it got even louder..

drove by cops, speeded by cops,.. hell i never had a front license plate where its suppose to be for 1 1/2 years and never got pulled over.. had it on my windshield

This state really blows when it comes to aftermarket goodies on cars...! They really dont car bout body kits or wheels, Aftermarket HIDS, blue corners, exhaust etc... shyt like that is what bothers them...I live in watertown and I got 2 tickets in 2 days with my evo....and all the cops in watertown know my car cuz there is only 2 black evos in watertown.... and they always grill me...pisses me off..as far as the exhaust goes....jus idle the car as u pass a cop or keep it REAL quiet in mass....And if you get pulled over just act dumb....sorry officer i did not know it was illegal I'll be sure and change it soon...they'll be happy and most likely let u go or give a warning....They mostly car about exhaust in MA cuz of emissions...very strict bout that shyt....I mean the only place in boston I speed is either newbury street....boylston st...or storrow drive which is notorious for late nite races exceeding 120+mph...I roasted a black STI on storrow last week.....burned him by 2-3 cars...it was cool...but very dangerous....Most of the time cops r really bored or they're jus annoyed at the sounds of performance

exhaust and all mods are hit or miss with the cops. i got sh*t once in my jeep with a 3 inch catback for being too loud.

as for speeding on newbury it must be a lot of fun to do 30 from stop sign to stop sign.
now storrow drive on the otherhand....

well to fill you guys in on stuff I apparently forgot lol... It was on Route 1 and everyone knows on Route 1 theres no on ramps or anything you just have to pull on and go so thats what I did. There was the cop just as I was getting on the car... I hit MAYBE 60mph but I was revving high so I could get speed faster thats why he pulled me over. after he took my licence and reg he came back after 10 mins and gave me a written warning about the exhaust. Not a big deal but still a pain in the ***.
