It just launched, halo vehicle (like our new Eclipse), they will wait until it has been out about 6 or 7 months and then offer some good stuff! It always happens like this when a new product hits. I was suprised that they offered up to $2,000 in rebates on the new Raider truck! That was at launch!

Damn, I was hoping he was right! I called the dealership not too long ago and the sale rep said that he believed that the Evo IX didn't qualify for it. But, I remember back when I bought my 03, they were offering $1,000 and some dealerships weren't honoring that.

I always say never pay over MSRP for an EVO and you got a fair deal... $500 off of MSRP and you did just fine.... anything below that and you poked the dealership and the salesperson (unless they held on your trade or jacked your interest rate....lol... )
