How many of you drive your Evos everyday?

I got my MR earlier this week and as fate would have it, someone wants to be buy my current daily driver. Kind of debating how the MR would do as a daily driver until I'm able to get a replacement daily. Comments? Opinions?

I bought an 03 as a fun car almost 2 years ago and ended up putting 35k a year on . Last night I just bought my new 06 IX. A daily driver again with that sole purpose in mind!

It's too hard to drive my "daily driver" when the Evo sits next to it. I've put less than 1,000 miles on my "daily driver" in the year+ that I've had the Evo. I even took the Evo in the snow today over the Exploder...

I drove mine everyday, it's too hard to pass up. But then again with me being in the army and getting deployed my 03 still only has like 20k miles on it.

I purchased mine in Feb 05 I have about 18k since then, I want a diff daily driver cause I want to preserve this one, but I'm not sure how I would handle driving anything else. BTW, manual sucks during traffic, especially in Jersey, Friday afternoon(Summer) NJTurnpike, exit 11 traffic.

[QUOTE=Fabolusiconz]I drove mine

Thanks for serving our country! WE appreciate it! Be careful.

I was in the Field Artillery for 3 years (no combat).

It's a blast as a daily driver. Your passengers may disagree though, the ride is a bit harsh unless you're behind the wheel.

The only downside to driving it daily is the routine maintenance costs are high. Tires and brakes mostly, then the fluid changes and the crappy paint will get beat to hell (rock chips) as you put the miles on.

Yeah, I drive mine everyday and absolutely love it. I couldn't imagine buying a car this expensive and not driving it everyday. Maybe later in life if I"m loaded, but then I would have the Evo (or whatever car it is) as a full race car.

I drive my Evo every day and don't have any problems with it. Unless you plan on going nuts with power (over 500WHP), stick with the ACT clutch for a daily driver and you shouldn't have any troubles.
