Here's the process taken to get them into their current condition.
1.) Rims were blasted as I had painted them with white spray paint originally.
2.) Chemical dipped in an alkaline solution to strip them down to a white bare surface
3.) Pre-baked to get rid of air pockets and any other debris
4.) Baked at 375 for 45 minutes and then cooled
Pretty sure this was the procedure, as I carefully listened to the owner explain the entire process. Hope this helps you guys with a future decision!
