A little fact, it is nearly impossible to get a sunburn behind auto glass. The glass takes out most of the rays that cause sunburn. Your eye doctor can write you a note for sensitive eyes so you can keep your tint. Find out from a magazine or proper website how far it takes an Accord to stop from 60 and compare that to an EVO and tell the judge well it takes an Accord blahblah feet to stop from 60 and my EVO takes this much Blah blah and so I couldn't be to close. I got out of a speeding ticket once because I couldn't have stopped my car fast enough for where the police officer had written the ticket and where he said I was speeding.

It is possible to get sunburnt through auto glass.
I know it has happened to me.
also try working outside all day and trying to avoid the sun.

Got burnt while working on a lake and the drive home was excruciating, had to drive with a towel over my legs cause I didn't have any window tint, the towel felt like sand paper dragging across my legs.

Also you could tell them that you had lasik eye surgery recently, and your eyes are very sensitive to light, mine are still sensitive to light 2 1/2 years later

When I get fix it tickets, I have a badge number that I always use, and I just sign it myself. I got the badge number 5 years ago when I got a license plate fix-it-ticket. Works every time.
