ahhh yes evo9grl... i thats somethin i shoulda included, i'll try to get better at this, but ya not emmisions isues but carb certified i think is different, u think i should just be DGAF cuz like if u recommend it i probably will do so i just need someone to say the words

Definately you got me on that one. Somehow I thought he was going to custom make a turbo based on custom made carburators which believe it or not some people do that for off road purposes.

I can't think of any aftermarket parts that are actually CARB-exempt, except for the RMR exhaust. So I doubt any turbo you find will have an EO number.
As far as the searching goes, it should be done in two steps:
1. Use the search here, as everyone has already said
