Angry gruppe-s good or bad?

well gentlemen just like the title of the thread says, what do you all think and how was your ordering experience? i purchased a electric blue jdm 9 rear from them. and i paid in full, he told me that it would be shipped and should be at my location around middle of january well its just about here. thing being is i emailed 3 times and still i have gotten no response on this. what do you all think on this subject? just im ticked off for the fact i have gotten no response or order status emails from them. thanks for any help.

I ordered some JDM Evo 7 tails from there and got a email like the next day from the telling me they were out of stock and asking me if I wanted to wait. No complaints from me.

yea i realize that guys, just when i made the order which was few weeks before christmas, i paid them in full they asked if i wanted to pay half? i said no just charge it all now. so they did he gave me very lil info on having to go to a grey hound station to go pick up the bumper. didnt give me a date or anything. the i tryed calling them a lil while ago as a matter of fact. all the mailboxes for everyone mail status, retail and everything no one picked up went straight to a answering machine and then as i would try to leave a message it says their mailbox is full. so im just like WTF? you know what im saying?

Maybe wait until the end of January before starting a thread like this? Its a special order JDM item. Its also oversized - too big for UPS and FedEx. So it'll take time.

well AS i said if i were to have gotten some info on the product as to whats the the status and everything. i wouldnt have made the thread. just when i pay for something of that amount i would like to know where it is.

thank you, at least someone else knows what im talking about. i tried contacting them with emails and phone calls. no way i can get ahold of the people. what about you did you try contacting them?

I posted an earllier thread about a very similar situation.

In fact, I never have heard from them at all.

I have tried calling them, only to be stuck with a full mailbox, and have PM'ed them as well.

I don't mind if my item is delayed but it would be nice to get some sort of response.
