Top not Vendor in my opinion, though I have never ordered a IX rear bumper from them. My guess is there could be a back order, or it takes a while to get from Japan.

In fact, I never have heard from them at all.

I have tried calling them, only to be stuck with a full mailbox, and have PM'ed them as well.

I don't mind if my item is delayed but it would be nice to get some sort of response.
thats exactly what im going through right now. same exact thing going on with me. i tryed contacting through email NOTHING. then i tryed calling them. i get hit with the mailbox is full. is there something going on in california? because last time i ordered something from louisanna the hurricane hit them. and then i just ended up getting my money back.

UPDATE:

Just tried calling Gruppe-S again and all I get is the voicemail.

Plus the "tracking/status of the order" section has a full voice-mailbox, which means I can't even leave a message.

Very frustrating.

I hate when small companies don't have someone to answer phone during work hours or answer e-mails regarding orders. It's even worse their mailbox has been full for a while and they don't seem to care enough to empty it and answer their messages. I know who I will not order from.

Thumbs up

All good with Gruppe-S! Not a problem with any of my past orders.....I wouldnt be surprised if they have been short staffed due to the holidays.....maybe now they are just getting caught up with past orders and tracking orders down....be patient. Don't get too hasty at them now....see what happens in the next week or so.

Well next time you call them tell them to check their messages I left about three with my phone number asking them to get back @ me....and they never did.....the LEAST they could do would be to post on the forum about a delay....but not even that was done

few weeks? what does that mean? The JDM rear bumpers take around 6 to 8 weeks to ship from Japan.

Sounds to me like you are impatient.

At least you were able to leave a message.

I never even received any form of acknowledgement that my order was taken, besides the fact that my PayPal account shows a payment sent to and received by Gruppe-S.

At least we can vent on the forums

I had a fantastic experience with them. A portion of my purchase was not in stock at Gruppe-S so they had a shop they they are friends with send the item from their stock to fill my order.

Haha^ true ---- venting is good.....as for the "impatient" comment...if you live close to the company of course your gonna get your orders on-time or early maybe, living 1000s of miles away our orders should be shipped first to ensure that everything gets to its respective location ON TIME. btw I've been waiting about 2 Months and they told me 4-6 Weeks in the email they must have changed it to 6-8 weeks recently
