I ordered a Ralliart thermostat from them in November and have not received it. I was issued a tracking number but the item was never sent. When I called they said that it was some how lost and they were now out of stock. They offered me a refund but I told them that I'd wait til the next shipment of Ralliart thermostats. I purchased it when they were doing a Ralliart blow out sale. I've always been able to get a hold of someone and they are always polite. I will call them on the 12th again.

I called up today (right now actually, after i started reading this thread lol) to check up on the status of my order. Turns out Tom is out this week, still on vacation (hence why this site hasn't really been updated or replied to from Gruppe-S). They said he'll be back in the office on Monday.

This is an irresponsible thread that could and probably will loose business for Gruppe-S. What would you be saying if Tom told you that his mother died and he had to fly to Japan and was unable to reply to your e-mail?
Before you post s*#t starters, make sure you have facts that will help other members from being screwed over by vendors or another member.

Wow, I had no idea that people were not allowed to post opinions. You're absolutely right and amazingly enlightened, Mustard. Based upon your perspective, Pricegrabber.com's rate a vendor feature should be removed and ePinions.com and Yelp.com should all shut down since they might be spreading bad info about perfectly good companies. Furthermore, we should all send out mental hugs through the interweb to every vendor possible regardless of how they treat someone since they could be having a bad day or an off week or simply forgot to take their ritalin that morning.

Hopefully, the mods will take care of this thread and any like it.
alright, thats fair and well, but If it was your money youd like to know where your product is, am i correct? thats how i and a few others feel about this. i've tried contacting them since the being of last week. i got the same response as i did today from on the phone no answer straight to a full mailbox. and that also goes with emails no answer. im not trying to harm any business, just trying to find out where my product is. so before you start flaming about me and other complaining read the ****in post first. and also if something bad did happen to his family the business should have been taken care of first. just the way i see things. i been in the retail business for a short amount of time and when something of that nature happen business was handleing first. also i been working for a large law enforement agency. and if you have a death in the family. you know what theyd tell me. sorry to hear that. theyd give you a day or two off and want you back the next day. EVERYTHING IS STRICKLY BUSSINESS MY FRIEND. NOTHING PERSONAL just people should know how to run a business, even when the going gets tough.

No, Einstein, you missed the boat out of elementary school. Posting facts and opinions about a transaction after the sale has been completed is encouraged. Posting something like "Gruppe-s good or bad" because no one responded to an e-mail about an order that is to arrive in a week or so, from Japan, is irresponsible. But lame and weak posting about something you do not understand is just dumb.

Yea well customer service that is happening DURING a transaction should be taken and accounted for simply because you still have not gotten the product yet...so you are judging them on how they are currently handeling your order, good or bad. Not judging the actual company or it's individuals, who I talked to before I ordered and were VERY knowledgable. This thread is based on the customer service aspect of things and some other problems people have had with them, people judge the food, service @ my restaurant everyday, and I have to deal with it.

I live 45 minutes from them and have ordered stuff online from them and bought stuff in person. Never had any problems.

Let's just say, I only purchase my parts from them only.

Sorry about the problems you had.
