Got in on the Defi/gauge panel GB 2 weeks before Christmas. Was a little late than stated (18th), but was in no rush (ended up showing up on the 23rd).

Other than that, everything was gravy. Everything was packaged well and nothing was damaged.

 

No problems with Gruppe S, great bunch of guys.

they even shipped them all to New Zealand.

 

Gruppe-S are nice guys but Ive been waiting 8+ months for my new exhaust. Yeah, I said months.

 

and you havent asked for a refund? uh ohh not good. after hearing a few people vent about them. just does not sound that great.

 

I've ordered parts from them, had them work on my evo, and enjoyed their dyno-days....great bunch of guys

 

I feal your concern but by your own admission above "around the middle of january" doesn't necessarily mean early it could also mean late. Just as the 10th is around the middle, so is the 20th. I think this thread is premature.

 

If you don't like then, then order from someone from Florida or the east coast, you'll see how much time it takes for them to get something that JDM, and whoever it is might even use Gruppe-s and charge you more money :-) lol. You did say middle of the month right? Isn't that around the 15th? you might not know it bro but today is the 10th. These guys are great and also answer all my questions in a matter of minutes. Ok First off, If your gonna order stuff during the Holidays of course you have to expect your shipment to be Late. Dont forget your not the only people in the US Ordering stuff from a single company.

Tom is out of the Office, I heard. And its not even the Middle of the Freakin Month Yet. Maybe you should have called them first before you post something like this. Yea maybe you should have gotten more information on your order, but did you remind them for the Info at the time of Transaction? People make mistakes and forget things, its Human.

Judging from this Thread which is 1 to 2 weeks off from the Middle of the Month, did you Email them every 30 mins or sumthing and didnt wait for a couple days for them to breathe?

I just got back from HK for family reason. Sorry I haven't been able to check the forum to see whats going on and provide any sort of customer service. I will be back in to the office tomorrow morning trying to catch on all the PMs and emails.

As far as the JDM bumpers, I won't be able to tell you anything until I get back to the office to check inventory. Please be patient and I will let you know.

Also, the best way to get a hold of me is thru pms. Because of the vacation (Christmas and New year), there were only 2 people answering phone calls with 4 lines. Sorry if your call didn't get pick up but things will change this week once everyone is back in the office.
