Actually, if your company is Commerce Insurance (like mine), your insurance is just cheap because the company hasn't figured out what an Evolution is! My statement lists my car as a Lancer of some sort, but the word Evolution is not on the form.

haha this thread is great..bottom line don't stereotype because you wouldn't like someone stereotyping you, ie: race...Evo owners already get stereotyped due to the car itself. Fast or not, the car looks like it was designed by a 16yr old kid. Don't get it mistaken, the car looks awesome, but look at it from other people's point of views who don't know the hell an Evo is...they just point and say look at that ricer no matter how fast you can do 0-60. Big giant wing, front fascia looks like an aftermarket bodykit, stock altezza tails, etc... Imagine how many of you 30+year old Evo drivers are being called ricers when people see you driving an Evo :/

I blame society... and well... ambystom01, who may not be as smart as he says he is. He criticises America's youth, as a whole, for being 'so cocky, yet so stupid,' while, at the same time according to his well thought out signature, claims to be 'master of the sarcasm since 1985.' Which may in it self be a display of his cunning sarcasm, it's hard to tell on the Internet. Yes he may be a very mature 20 year old (sarcasm, if you couldn't tell), but hes just as cocky as us poor 18 year olds. Oh amby, teach us all your wisdom.
Guys, just stop fighting over little things like this. We are part of an Evo Community and I don't think most people on here would appreciate if other evo owners started hating eachother for the dumbest opinions. If you think 16 yr olds aren't mature enough, great, that's your opinion and if you think some of them are mature enough to own this car, then that's perfectly fine. The bottom line is that we shouldn't fight with eachother and lets keep this community fun and harrassment free!
Well I didn't read this entire thread (I will) but it was a 16 yr old kid that totaled my first Evo. He had only been driving less than a month and winds up hitting me practically head on!

Why do you have to make fun of me because I'm younger than you? That's just plain dumb and btw yes I do get A's and I work. I pay monthly payments and my dad pays insurance.
