They both will work fine for you, the Exedy will shift faster due to the twin plate design.

i have the ACT and the Fidanza Flywheel, i love it, i had the same debate that you did, ACT or Exedy, sucks man, never drove a car with the Exedy. ACT is good for around 400HP, and thats all i needed, the engaement is stock and clutch pedal feels stock to. no giant left leg needed hope that helps, whatever you choose you won't regret it

i had your setup as well... the exedy was so much better. they both feel about the same... the act was slightly lighter but not so noticeable over stock that i minded either...but the act didnt grab like the exedy did... i have never felt a clutch like that... i'd launch and smile... would dump 5500 rpm at it and it grabbed everytime.... the act wouldnt grab as well. it was a nice clutch for the money, but to do it again, i'd pay the extra few bucks and go exedy for sure...

For the price of the Exede, you can get the ACT HDSS and a Fidanza lightweight flywheel, plus installation. Remember, installation will run you $600-$1000...

ya i know its in the dealership shop right now, they are sendin the pics right now in to see if its warrenteed and the guy that i was talkin to said it was proboly not going to be warenteed. do you think its worth voiding my warentee by switching to an aftermarket clutch, i mean i would hate to pay for a stock one to go out again. actually the act clutch would cost me 430 and the exedy would cost me 390 and the act flywheel around 250.
