always have a phillips screwdriver, needlenose pliers, and 8, 10, 12 & 14mm sockets in the car. You can basically take the whole car appart and put it back together with the above.

Keep a 17mm and a 24 and you can change all of the Tranny Fluid and the Diffs too.

Yep, learned my lesson after I blew it off the first time. Needless to say, its a good idea to have a set of tools in the car when these inconviences happen. Its happened to me several times already, only because I hadn't tightened it enough.

a little hairspray on the inside and outside of all of the ic lines works miricles too. Mine popped off 3 times in the first 2 mos I owned the car. Did the hairspray thing, and haven't had one pop off in the last 15 mos.

lol the 12mm socket was a life saver back when I had my sti......chit was always breaking, poping off, or getting loose on that car. I keep a set of tools in my IX now just in case.

sounds like an IC hose, did you check under the hood yourself before they towed it to Mitsu?

Just spray it on? I'll have to give it a try, had one pop off this weekend.

Yup almost guarantee you it blew an i/c hose off. For some reason those tb elbow clamps are too lose. Job security i guess, haha.
