why would the mitsu dealer use BG syncroshift for the tranny, while they have their own oil diaqueen oil, 75W-85

wow...thats exactly what they told me...we just replaced the t-case 200 miles ago...theres deffenitely no way it can be the T-CASE...and im like trust me...its the t-case, its making the same exact noise as before! im taking it in for the last time...before i trade this car in ...i love this car but i just cant have a car thats falling apart...
