yes, another ticket thread.

I totaled my car a couple weeks ago ( https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=180605 )

anyways, i was going the speed limit ( 60 ) and admited that to the officer instead of saying i was going under the speed limit ( i guess i should have lied ? )

so anyways, he gave me a ticket for "driving to fast for conditions" because i was unfamilier with the area ( the weather was fine )

i really feel like that's horse ****, it's like saing you HAVE TO drive under the speed limit unless you know the road like the back of your hand. I really want to fight this, should I get a traffic attorney? or just show up in court by myself?

find out how much an attorney will run you. if it's out of your budget just make sure you research as much info as you can.

Why would you need an attorney? Just plead not guilty, the ticket clearly states that you were driving the speed limit doesn't it?

you WERE driving too fast for conditions. If the limit is 60, you were doing 60 and you crashed by your own fault you were driving too fast for the situation.

and if you were doing 40 you probably would have been able to make the turn that had come up.
