I don't offer my own fab'd parts to the public, so this is strictly in the vein of correctness... You might want to see what's out there right now that meets your claims for fitment, yet have more generous capacity... I can name 2, if not three that require no support modification.

I honestly appreciate your post and will make sure to include specific details in the final release. Until then, details on the exact size will be fuzzy as I mentioned. Rest assured that the intercooler will take up every ounce of room behind the bumper support in width and depth to live up to its claims.

I really hope these guys get a great intercooler kit out. Looks like all the right design ideas....BIG, short piping, bar and plate, etc.

I guess, however, that you've learned that claims of "biggest intercooler" will be quickly refuted in this community. You would do well to do some flow benching of your product to optimize end-tank design...such as a comparison with the numbers above. Best would be to have "Juiced" run a comparison for you. He'd be independent and has a flow bench which would be the same bench for any number of intercoolers you wanted to test against.

By the way, Juiced...nice review. That's the kind of stuff that's useful around here.
