Any chance a vendor will release a "reflash device" which plugs into the OBD-II port, has a calibration loaded onto it, and uploads the new cal while retaining the stock one? That way the hassle/risk of shipping the ECU and associated downtime is zero...
And if this device could retain multiple calibrations it would be irresistible... if the price is right.

Have not reflashed yet either.
Waiting to purchase/install more mods + car is my daily driver =
the so-called OBD-II port "flash device" would be the solution to my problems.

Hai, oui, si.
I'd also be interested in something that one could do it themselves... similiar to Subaru's Cobb or whatever. You can d/l maps off the net and upload them to your car in a second.
It's expensive, but beats having to pay each time a flash is needed.

(ignore the pic of the Ford Falcon on the unit-- we didn't have a good pic of an EVO when we did the proto label)
