a little note to all vendors

this is just a little note to a few vendors on this site that think that they are the only one's that exist that sell evo products,

reply to your e-mails and private messages, stop thinking we need you because you need us, there are plenty of vendors, service is what will seperate you.

Show some manners son. Thats not a respectable or polite manner to talk to anyone in. No one said you had to go with these vendors. I am sure there are more out there. But these are the ones that are here. Soemtimes due to hectic schedules people don't have the time to answer YOU. So be patient or call them ... no need for rude statments.

+1 easy killer patience is a virtue. you dont have to wait for them, just go out and find another vendor that will help you, freedom of choice and competitive market.

I'm on the bandwagon too. If had poor service from a tuner not to be named here and I've decided to just not use that person again in the future. You make your decision where to buy they make their decision as to how to run their business. No need to be rude though.

This is the reason why I only deal with Injected Performance. I dont even have to call marty.. I just IM him on AIM. Tell him wht I want and he ships it out same day if its stock. Plus his prices are the best around

I understand where he is coming from. We have a choice of who and where we buy our products from, and some vendors here act like if they are doing us a favor. If you are the only guy selling water in the desert, than you can do anything you want. If there is a guy next to you and one next to him selling water, than you have to treat the person purchasing the water like GOLD! My 2 cents

Nothing harsh or rude about the first post, he is dead-on - service is what seperates the good from the bad. Price is a key factor as well, but a couple dollars off in exchange for crap service, slow shipping isnt worth it.

It's funny how the moderators in this forum allows people to bad mouth vendors that are not paying them.

So basically even if you have good products, competitve pricing and good service, because they're not here you wouldn't know about it, or the slow people thinks it's not a good vendor.

I hope all you people who says "trying to call them", "no manner", ect on here face some horrible customer services shortly.

Then maybe you'll understand.

Since when is email or PM a good and prompt way to contact someone? I suggested calling them if he needed to get in contact with the vendor in a quick manner. I don't see any misunderstanding there.

Steve,

I'm sure he doesn't mean you at all. Heck you shine just be offering your service on this post.

I don't think the post is rude at all. It's like one of those statements - you know who you are, so if you don't want other great vendors to take your business away, answer the phone, PM, e-mails, questions, etc.

Well since the electronic age! Hello? Hell back in the 80's you think you could find out some of the better places to order something....anything for that matter? If you use the internet as a sales medium, you better answer PM's and e-mails.

I've had quite a few PM's or even direct e-mails go unanswered. And in this day and age if you can't even answer something like that, what makes me think your going to answer the phone. In the end those vendors don't get my business and if someone does have a bad experience with one that I've had, I'd let them know it's not a totally isolated problem.

Look at Dynoflash....he answers a PM or e-mail before he'll answer his phone.

NYEVO8 said what he felt without bashing and in a tactful way, didn't point out any particular vendor. Again his statement was general to those that don't do what Steve is setting out a good example to follow. Where one vendor falls, Steve @ GNV Motorsports, and others that do the same, get to have another sale and a possible repeat customer to spread the word.
