octane booster

i live in CA and bought my EVO from a guy in MA..the car is tuned for 93. I searched and saw that the NOS brand "racing formula" octane booster boosts up the 91 pretty well but i didnt see how much of it they put in. did they put 1 bottle? or 2? are any of you guys running octane booster and if so how many bottles do you put to a full tank of gas. All im trying to achieve is 93 to get the full power out of my car. Thanks guys in advance

Usually its about 8 gallons of gas per bottle. But I agree that the gains per cost of any octane booster is not really worth the minimal gain.

use NOS octane racing formula but use the one that increases 6 full numbers or 60 points this is the best one!!!

They usually only boost about .1-.3 on average. Not really full octane point gains. Just mix 3 gal of 100 with your gas and you can achieve 93. Formula to figure it out:

3 gal x 100 octane = 300
11 gal x 91 octane = 1001

300+1001=1301

divided by total # of gal

1301/14 gal = 92.9 octane
