i get a lot of thumps up from people....and whenever im in the drive through, mcdonalds, burger king..etc...the people that tend to work there are ur typical 16 year old import car lovers...i get soooo much free food lol... couple times old guys asked me for a ride because they're read about them and they wanted to know if was really as fast as they are said to be...i have pretty good experiences with people, i love driving so i alwyas have a smile on my face and that tends to give people a good impression so they dont grill me or give me shiit

My friend had a bad experience with the valle parking at a Casino. The driver got around the corner on the parking ramp and we heard him start to bark the tires. It sounded as if he did a 5k clutch dump into a curve.

Ouch!!!

So needless to say, he regulated on the driver. Dude was fired. Now whenever he goes up to the Casino, or I drive my Evo to the Casino we get special parking treatment with our cars parked V.I.P. style on the tarmac.

i live in Newton, MA which is very wealthy but i go to school in Boston along 100000 of arabic rich kids which can buy any car they want. there is a guy in my school that owns ferrari f430, porsche 996tt, lotus elise and a viper. if you are ever in Boston, you should check out BU and you will see what i mean..

 

It's always fun taking to the car wash (usually only when it's too cold to wash by hand)and watching the teenagers damn near kill each other to be the lucky one to drive it off the line.

You can occasionally see the kids at local fast food restaurants coming out of the kitchen to peer out the drive thru window from about 5 feet away to check it out as well. So, I'm hoping if they give me any special treatment it's not spitting in my food. I figure that one is a crap shoot. Admiration of the car= no spit, Jealousy= I don't even want to think about it.

 

Every day I come home from work, my wife rolls out the red carpet, kisses my feet and says.. Oh big daddy, you're the coolest, phatest, most awesome guy in the world because you drive an evo. Please, what kind of question is this?

When i park at school, once in a while ill forget my parking pass and since the parking enforcement people know my car they dont ticket it.

Yeah I gotcha. If you want to see rich old people you need to come to Naples during the winter. The population doubles in the matter of maybe a week and the average age probably goes up about 30.

 

got pulled over 3 times in london ontario over 2 different weekends.
Friday night, i was at a parking lot. cop makes a U-turn and enters the plaza i was parked in. pulls up infront of me and says, "Is that an Evo?" he gets out of his car and checks out my car.

Sunday morning, the Second cop was a leuitenant. while i was travelling, i passed him on the opposite lane. he makes a u-turn and turns on his lights.
first thing that comes out of the cop was, "Dont worry, your not in any trouble. i just want to check out your car. I heard on the internet forums that there was a black evo roaming around in london."

The third cop was the week after, and again pulls me over using his lights. although i was not speeding, he said "I broke my engine catching up to you, is this an evolution?"
