Want to talk about special treatment? How about a whole day of performance driving school for free + lunch!!
I just got the car in 03 and wanted to take it to an autocross. A friend of mine told me about an event so I got up early and went. Little did I know it was a driving school that you had to sign up for and pre pay $250 not an autox event. So I was just going to watch. When one of the instructors came over and asked if it was my EVO, I said yes and he said we cant have a driving school with an EVO just sitting in the parking lot, bring it in and get in line.
I got a great experience and learned how to drive my car correctly for free.
That was by far my best experience in the EVO.

I work at a luxury car dealer and the tech's fight for a chance to do an oil change on my EVO 
I purchased some cleaning/detailing stuff from Advanced A/parts last sunday and they accidently double charged my card, unbeknownst to me until monday when I checked my account, called and asked to speak to a manager about the double charge and the dude on the Phone goes:"You're the Lady that drives the EVO!!!!!"-"we are sooooo soorry, blah, blah- let me get you the manager..." Then the whole thing started again
