Stock WRX suspension blows, for sure. Glad to hear the MR doesn't give up anything in that "turn-in" department to the GSL I test drove. I was so sold on its handling, I abandoned the pursuit of the STI I also drove that day, and have even rationalized away the purchase of what I really want until the kids are out of college - 997 Carrera S. I got a test drive in one of those a few months ago and fell in love - but the EVO doesn't give up much to it, really! And, it's less than half the price.

I am evidence of this. My MR makes me look like a pro despite not having any previous experience racing any other cars (other than drag racing).
