Wow I was right in that area last night to I wish we would've crossed paths because I have some tools in my trunk. I can understand your concern with the reliability issues compared to an s2000 because those are great cars and I too one day would like to own one. However my buddy drives an s2k with a comptech supercharger, full standalone, and mugen exhaust and he has his fair of reliablilty issues. When you switch from N/A to forced induction it's a whole different world. You have to pay to play because little things like ic hoses and vacuum hoses blowing off do happen. But I can almost gaurantee it's an ic hose that popped off. It does sound very loud and will make your car run like crap, but what else would make a loud bang but not make your car unoperational? Nothing

This is EXACTLY why people need to start with the company FIRST instead of c omplaining on the board.

Yea, I blew my intercooler hose off twice on the highway then they finally installed a racing clamp. But you wouldnt be able to drive above like 10 mph if that happened

And BTW, no one was complaining, just a lil worried and seeking advice. Is'nt that what a board is for? After reviewing my posts, never once did I say ANYTHING derrogatory about AMS. Please don't put words in my mouth. I think I explained myself quite well before hand.
