Talk to them politely? I agree, but if they F up, they should be told in a firm but still respectfull way that they were wrong. That would have been a costly mistake. If I was given an attitude back for their F up, it would have took more than the GM to walk me to my car.

 

that mistake could of cost me thousands....if my tranfer case would of messed up i bet they would not be so polite to fix it!

 

Stealerships all suck - treat them appropriately!
