Although I agree that some of the cars out there were definitly outclassed, it looks like a good time no matter what you drive. That supra was nasty, was it running slicks also? He came whipping through those corners like a madman. Great stuff though. You are a great driver and it looks like lots of fun. I caught myself moving my head during the video. This may be dumb but what kind of camera was that? Cant wait to see more vids great work.

That explorer was from Clemson, although not the brightest idea, as a college student on a budget with far too much interest in motorsports for his own good he decided to do it. His name is Rob and also owns a 5.0 powered RX-7 that is undergoing supercharing and I believe if he told me correctly the conversion of a rear miata suspension....

There it is, call him crazy ask Stop&Turn Freak about how many cars he was quicker than.

I am not commenting on his ability to drive. I am commenting on NASA's stupidity for allowing an SUV to run on a road course. These things have very high centers of gravity, poor brakes for their weight, and will tip over if you make the slightest mistake. A regular run of the mill SUV does not belong on a road course. I never thought that NASA will stoop so low to make a buck.

They werent making a buck off of him, he is actually, if I recall correctly their Chief of Grid or something like that, he is a regular track worker, besides, as dangerous as it is to take an SUV around a track, something like Leh's car, or many of the cars you saw in that video, are way more dangerous.....

Excellent video. And great driving skills!

I almost blew the glass of water i was sipping on out my nose when i saw the Explorer ahead of you as you were about to pass him. I've seen a lot of crazy things at tracks over the years but i think that just about takes the cake.

yes, but it is too big for Streetfire. My fried will have to cut it down some, when he has time. Until then, this is all I can get up right now. The other vid is actually better, I run down a Lotus Exige and a new Z06 running on slicks.

It is still dangerous to allow an SUV on the track. And Leh's car is not more dangerous than an SUV. It is a properly set up race car. The Supra is low to the ground and runs on race tires.
