Hello All EVO owners!!!
This is not a thread to bash anyone because well, I'm half owner so how could I be bashing. I am presenting everyone with the truth that involves me with Precision Dyno Tuning and the relationship with NICK and I. Everyone has heard rumors about me and my involvement with PRECISION DYNO TUNING LLC, AS WELL AS THE EVOLUTION 9. THERE HAS BEEN STIPULATIONS ABOUT THE EVO 9 BEING THE SHOPS CAR AND NICK'S OR THE BUSINESS'S CAR (NOT TRUE) THE VEHICLE BELONGS TO ME AND I HAD TRADED ME 04 EVO 8 FOR THIS VEHICLE. THE REASON FOR THIS TRADE IN WAS FOR US TO BE THE FIRST TO TUNE THE FIRST EVO 9 IN THE COUNTRY AND WE WERE SUCCESSFUL. EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME PERSONALLY OR HAS BEEN TO THE SHOP KNOWS THE CAR AS BEING MINE. Anyone who cares to come on here and lie so be it, but back it up somehow... As you can see on this document it states "Two vehicles, a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution are both financed thru the company as business assets. The 2003 vehicle as agreed upon both parties, is the sole property of Nick. The 2006 vehicle, as agreed upon both parties, is the sole property of Chris Livanos. So anyone who is getting fed lies about me or hearing bull, now you know the truth...

Also as you can see on there about my father getting paid back his $42,000 and has actually increased to $20,000 more totaling to $62,000... So if anyone has been hearing I owe him your WRONG.. I know he has people backing him but the truth is coming out now. People are realizing it now...

My car was left in pieces and someone is trying to take it away claiming it is his.

If you want this resolved please contact me and you know who I'm talking about...

Please mods and admins dont delete this post, people need to know this and remember im half owner and got kicked out of my shop and needs to be told. This document will also state I am half owner 50/50

This is exactly what Precision Dyno Tuning Does and what Nick does to people. I was there for him and Im getting screwed so this is another document for people to read and proof and what goes on.

you know nick really likes to screw ppl over..... he screwed over my tune and most of all he screwed over one of my best friends Abner (slow car). Abner was nothing but loyal to PDT but now he finally sees the light.....someone needs to put Nick out of business so he can stop making things horrible for ppl. Im sorry to hear about this man and I hope that everything works out..... ppl beware the PDT.
