Some people are actually still asking about the Evo 9 in the PDT forum. Maybe somebody should clue them in

Maybe I was one of the lucky ones then. I got my car flashed back in November 2005. I have not had any issues with my car and it pulls hard up to 7k. I doubt you remember me Chris but I was the chinese guy who came around 5pm when you were about to close the shop. I told you I was going to be there at 3 but was lost. My car is the pearl white evo. We were talking about shop cars and the cool fireworks you had in the shop. I remember after the tune you came with me for a test run. Throughout the night , even though you were getting bashed by Nick, you kept level headed and took in everything he gave you. You were also super cool with me and didn't let any of that get to you.
I did clearly remember that chris was not treated well throughout the whole time I was there. He was being chastised for little things. Nick #1s patience was so thin it was ridiculous. When I had a look of semi disgust, Nick#2 assured me the they were in the shop since 7 in the morning and everyone was a bit stressed. From the few hours I was in that old crappy shop next to daydream, everyone was cool to me but you were the one who took your time explaining things to me and made me feel the most comfortable.

Sadly, it appears that yet another young guy (who's evo I tuned one day at PD) is the actucal one who put up the money for the dyno and who is also making the payments

I dont know the details

It would seem that the principle asset of PD is Chris's car so he may be forced to hire a lawyer and spend money on legal fees just to recover his own car

reverse credit card charges?

just wondering if it is possible for me to reverse the charges on my credit card?

i paid nick $7000 for the 2.4L and $2000 to ship the car back/forth AZ/PA. I want 7000 minus the price/labor of the ACT clutch back.

i had to get rid of the 8 for a 9 because i was afraid that more parts will fall off....and since i no longer have the "evidence", is it still possible?

Yes you can get a chargeback on the CC. He will be put into collections with his merchant account if the funds aren't available from his bank. Your bank will reimburse you immediately. All you have to do is explain the situation to the charge back dept of your CC and they will take care of the rest.

Only reason why I know this is because Nick did theft by deception to me by having customers do chargebacks out of my bank so he would get money.

Glad we could be there for you Abner. Definately try to reverse the charges on your credit card. Worse that can happen is they say no.

I'm just glad I was able to avert so many people from PDT over the last few months. And for the few who didn't listen, I'd like to take a moment of silence.
