I have EVERY check written by Nick to proove he was the culprit of embezzlement of funds and spending company money that WAS NOT HIS.

Lets be honest chris, your opinion is so biased it is ridiculous. You should mention that you are Nick’s new business partner/croney. Look at the track record man, too many people have had things go....... not wrong, but seriously wrong! Your best bet is to lay low if you plan on trying to help Nick at all, because your “stories of third party observation” will just be laughed at. At least tell everyone your true relationship with Nick, if your going to say anything at all.

Do I have to post up EVERY article of information to prove he is a conartist and a fraud??? I have over 8 folders with information regarding nick and of his where abouts and activities. If anything....Im the pennicle of information regarding Nick. Chris has the most recent but as far as who Nick really is and his where abouts and where he's lived and what not...I have everything. I have every receipt he charged to my account and every signature that he signed while I was there. I even have a copy of the bank form on when we opened up the Performance Engineering bank account.

I have the FULL bank record from the day the account was opened to the day it was closed. Full deposit information and withdrawl info. I have every check written, and every check bounced. I even have the AEM Dealer application where he had to use MY tax id information to obtain the dealership for AEM.

I have every receipt for the merchant account he opened up with First Data merchant for Performance Engineering and SOOOOO much more.

Theres one thing I'd tell everyone right now to do and that is ensure you keep a close eye on your house and your cars...he's already spray painted my truck in the middle of the night, of which I have the police looking for him as we speak as I have the criminal report filed against him regarding this. (They are going to come to your house Nick...and I have your current location so your not gonig anywhere) He's broken Mikes friends window out of his car, vandalized Philly Evos mailbox TWICE!. He's a spiteful individual so I'd stay on the upside of everything to ensure your property doesn't get damaged.

Just let wolf get screwed over....it will be his own fault and then he will come crying when he got his *** taken for a ride. I sure wish everyone would have listened to Chris (Philly Evo) the first time...A LOTof members on here with your issues would have NEVER happened. I think Nick has a infatuation with the name Chris. He likes to screw them. No pun intended just an observation. So there are any Chris's out there steer clear of NICK!

 

I sure hope this is clearing up the skepticism of people that believe there is some truth to nicks side of his stories. I was one that made the mistake of taking a chance and letting him maybe redeem himself with my car. It blows my mind that comeone could be that wreckless with lies and dishonor to not even try to bounce back from a terrible reputation. I'd love to get a list compiled of all the people that believe or know they were in some way screwed by nick. Me for one. I dont see how anyone could stand by this guy. Nicks basically been saying that people are trying to screw him from the start. Does anyone really believe that theres a cult of *******s on this forum that are just out to get this guy? Theres a good reason people are speaking out now. WE WERE ALL SCAMMED! This isn't an elaborate attempt to get back at a guy we just dont like.
I had my engine built by them and specifically said i wanted every stock part back to ensure the replacement of the old ones. i never recieved my oil pump, water pump, cams, old 02 gauge, and had missing parts when i got my car back.
He also made me a custom intake. A bent piece of stainless steel with a K&N filter on the end. He told me originally it would cost me $60 total. he specified ONLY the cost of parts. I got billed for 100 when i went to pick it up. Then he tried to charge me for time of his "employees" when he had told me he wouldn't. It was all a way for him to tell me what i wanted to hear so he could keep working on my car and charge me up the *** when it was "done".
Bottom line is this guy needs to be put out of business. You might as well just remove him from the forums. He's had nothing to say for himself and doesn't even deserve the opportunity to advertise his "services".

First of all - Philly Evo, why are selling your car after all the stuff you went through? Oh, and thanks for selling me those 264 cams last July.

Secondly - The drama coming from these pages reeks. I think everything that has to be said about Nick and/or Precision has been said. Why not just report all this to the authorities and let them settle it out? Then we can just move on.
