abner it is possible call in your CC and ask for a dispute, they will go through a few questions on the matter usually they ask you if it was service or product and if it was recv'd you answer NO after you finish the questions they will give you a confirmation number and from there its a waiting game PDT has 7 days to respond

 

this is enough, chris you know i am the 3rd party in this i sat around hearing both sides of everything for how long????? i know your side and i know nicks side, i have nothing to gain by what i will be posting both about you, your father, and nick. i am going to be to the point anybody have ? pm me cuz i will not be holding anything back when i get on here to post everything i have to say. i have read everything you have had to say on here so now everybody will be seeing what a middle man in the situation will have to say (one that just listens and never says anything but hears boths sides, you know what im talking about 2 chris)...

 

You mean one that swears by PDT like Abner used to do and who just hasn't been con'd yet. Just go look at your comments in the PDT forum. Suckered just like all these others who got screwed.

 

dude, you need to wake up. what you are saying is all the people who had problems with their cars were lying and nick has his side of the story for everyone of them.
i would like you to get his side of the story on this: first he blew my engine tuning part throtle (yes, not wot) of the map. then he gave me an other one. while taking the blown engine out he ****ed up my clutch (twin xedy with around 5000 miles), so i had to buy a new one. fast forward after all the bull**** to get the car togheter. i get the car running like ****, noises everywhere, loosing oil pressure, smoke in the engine bay... then i found out about IEXCLER8 problems and decided to take the car to turbotrix to take it apart and put togheter the right way.
then i receive a phone call from mark to tell me what was wrong with the car, first the rings on two of the cylinders were upside down, the ring gap wider than sunset blvd, he reused my headgasket and it did not seal right, the block was never machined and it was scorched really bad, missing bolts everywhere beside the usual stuff that for some reason he does not like to put back like valve cover, inner wheel well cover... now the block was supposed to be a built block and yet he used stock rod bolts instead of ARP ones. the timing belt was off too and because he used different bolts for the pullies, everything was starting to come loose, in mark's words and paul's (they took the engine apart) it was going to be a big mess if i kept driving it.

I am pretty sure you have another side of this story because i am just making this up. now when parts of your engine start racing you down the street like what happened with abner (and i am not saying this in a bad way) i am pretty sure you are going to realise the truth.
