I have to agree. After reading all these pages about what Chris has accused Nick of it really boils down to a civil matter in a court of law. I know that he may be venting and is looking to see who else has been wronged by PDT. It's understandable, but there comes a time when you need to put pen to paper and contact a lawyer and present your case.

I had a great experience at PDT when I got my car tuned. Even though I have no negative feelings with Nick or PDT, I do believe that if a civil crime has taken place then this needs to be presented by Chris in a court of law.

I hope everything works out, and it's sad to see this negative information about PDT if in fact it's true.

Trust me!! Something will be happening soon enough. There is already something in the works and I will not sit back and let this guy do this 2 anyone anymore. This thread is here for a reason to tell the truth about PRECISION and not let anyone make the mistake of getting screwed.

I was there when Nick and Chris first started together, and even then Nick treated him like ****. I know for a fact to that the evo 9 mr is chris because I heard it from both Nick and Chris mouth's that it was chris's car. Nick raped me numerous times( money wise) , Chris knows all about that. You should fill all the ex- pd customers know what went on behind the scenes with our cars.

I will first point out that I will not bash, but only state the truth and what I have seen(it's a lot!). I am real close to Abner and have known everything that has gone on.

Here's a synopsis: Abner blew his car at Vivid in Pheonix while Nick was tuning it! ON THE DYNO! Abner, being the nice person that he is and always will be, thought it was just a fluke and actually blamed it on the Autronics not having nock control. Abner agreed to ship the car the NJ for $1000, get it rebuilt with a stroker and gt35r and Excedy twin disk for $7K. To make a long story short, abner ended up getting a 2.4L block and not the stroker. Also, no gte5r, just stock turbo and no exedy twin disk, just ACT. Abner paid $1K to trailer it back. Out $9K now, Abner gets the car back and it's making all kinds of vibration noises. We(all of us in Tucson) try to figure out where it is coming from and conclude that it's somewhere in the driveline. In addition there are a lot of misc. parts missing from the car. like the battery tidown, the support bars on the bottom of the car, misc support brackets. Abner and I actually made a list and took pictures. If this thread is still here, I will post them...... All will be shocked. Ray(rraulston) thinks its the motor vibrating because Nick doesn't put in the balance shafts. Well that's a whole nother story. So, Abner continues to drive the car and I was with him, when we heard something literally fall off the car! look in the rear view and the crank pulley is rolling down the road. The wrong bolts were used to put it on (I have pictures of that too! to be posted later). Despite all this, Abner called Nick and was angry, but held himself from telling everyone right away because he wanted to give nick a chance to make it better. So Nick decided to fly down so he could address all the problems. He came down and did nothing but change the timing belt to a smaller one???? and said that he couldn't hear anything wrong with the car. In addition, we did a compression test, and the cylinder pressures were, no joke: cyl1-185, cyl2-185, cyl3-150, cyl4-185. I was cranking over the car, so I didn't see the numbers, but Abner did and didn't say nothing!!!! Nick said the pressure in cyl3 is always a little lower, ha, ha, than the rest. I asked him for hard numbers and he told me cyl3 was 170. On the drive home, Abner told me what he saw......I about **** my pants, asking why he didn't say anything!!!!! Abner said he wanted to sell the car. I told him when we got home we would test the compression again and if what he saw was true then he should go trade in the car for a new one. Sure thing, the compression results where exactly what Abner saw and to make a long story short, Abner now has a new MR, yeah Abner!!!

Like I said, no bashing just truth, people be the judge.

If this post is stil here later tonight I will post a list, and pictures, of all the things that were missing or done incorrectly on Abners car. The list is long, no joke, but do not have my camera with me right now, I'm at edwins place.

Sorry to hear Chris, I don't know if you remember me, I flew up with Abner to check on his car.

Sorry for the long post, but the truth needs to be told!!!!!!

look like this guy nick don't know anything about cars.

If anyones seen any of my other posts, you know I've been experiencing a drop in oil pressure as I'm driving. Well just to be safe I took off my wheel and inspected behind it to see if i could find any oil coming from inside the timing belt covers and guess what...i did. As it turns out, the original reason i had nick build my motor(oil pump failing) was never fixed properly. He claims he put a brand new oil pump on it but I never got back the stock one like I asked him. He also had a water pump leak while he was test driving(probably joyriding in it as I've witnessed him do this with a customers STI) my car. Never got the stock water pump back like I asked either. He told me he would replace both and probably never did. So now I have to shell out almost $1000 to get my oil pump repaired/replaced. The cooler seems to have been hit as well as it is leaking from the bottom where the fins are bent. Turbine will be posting pics of this soon. You'll be able to see the oil inside the timing belt cover as well as the oil on the bottom of the cooler with bent fins. I'm ultimately going to have to get my engine rebuilt and retuned to be able to enjoy this car. Otherwise I feel like I'm driving a timebomb.

ok i remember a thread when chris asked al for help. al you said no problem at no charge. that was very nice of you. but seeing how you to know each other and al you know what he is going thru and you also know what he wants to do for a living. maby this could be a good time to get a new emplyee to help you out. you did say you would teach him. maby you can get him back on his feet to where one day he has his own shop with the help of the real king. just a thought as i feel for this guy. and i would like to see happyness in his future. wish i could help but im just a truck driver.
