I'm so tired of hearing these stories of how Nick keeps screwing people over. When he came to AZ no one made the power they should have... Abner gives them a ton of money and his car to them for two months to get a stroker motor installed, and it runs for a week before the entire thing blows and he has to sell the car... Now a partial owner of the company is saying that he got screwed over too. Is that not enough information to get these guys put out of business?? Someone call the better business bureau!

I was almost in that boat...After getting my car back, everything seemed fine at first, but only because i'd been away from it for so long. There was a point where I was strongly considering trading it in for a 9, I was so upset about the results. It sucks having to always wonder what he may have missed or just deliberately left out while putting my car back together. Look for my post titled "This is a tough one" it describes everything thats happened. I didn't want to bring out the name of the shop but I like Chris. Even when i was there experiencing Nick basically sticking to me, you could see in Chris's eyes something was up. Unfortunately I was in a bad position at the time so I was almost forced to allow them to continue to work on my car. Chris did the right thing when he was there, he didn't say anything but he stood by his business. Unfortunately his business partner is a snake. Chris will make a good business partner once he gets himself back in the game.

Oh btw, I believe Chris still plans to be working with cars so if anyone has something other than tuning they wanted done, let him know. I worked alongside him for a while in the shop and can honestly say I'd be comfortable letting him work on mine.
Maybe Chris can tell us the details that we don't know, what we know here in AZ is that he was CHARGED up the A## and the thing fell apart in 2 weeks (the pulley and other stuff FELL OFF!)
I heard it fell off and rolled down the hill.

You heard right

that is terrible and abner didnt deserve that. Me personally i bolted up some stuff on abners but not the crank pulley and that is so unfortunate. Im glad abner got a new car and i bet hes happy. Yea and im still working on Evos and other cars as well. At least i get the car done looking the way it did. If anyone has questions let me know. I apprecitiate everyone telling there experiences and keeping it clean
his car was sitting in the shop for so long and i wanted to work on it but the great one had other important idea's
Abner I sorry that happend to you and wanted to get your car done sooner but it didnt work out that way. I was left in the dark about a lot of things

Hopefully, this thread will continue. I have no personal comment to make about the situation other than to say that TOO many negative and alarming threads regarding this shop have been swept under the rug.
yea please guys lets keep this on topic and keep this thread alive. If it is closed it is no good and I want this open for all of pd's past customers and for future ones that will be in our shoes

I take exception to your conclusion. Every vendor on this site has had their turn in the barrel via accusations and innuendo. Many times it is a simple misunderstanding but the customer decides to use Evom as a tool to extract an extra pound of flesh. What makes you think we have inside information concerning who is right and who is wrong? We have always ask that if you have a valid concern, contact a moderator with the issues.
What can happen is the "injured party" is so irrational and disruptive that threads are deleted and in the worse case bans are issued. I guess my point is that when threads are deleted it is not a moderator issue but the verbal fist fights that break out. I am amazed that you feel comfortable with the huge responsibility of tinkering with another mans lively hood when you have zero first hand knowledge. We take our responsibility seriously relative to vendors and that includes responding to members when ask and removing flame filled threads when necessary. Thanks.
