The Truth With Me And Precision
look at the track record so far. He's always the victim how, Mitch and all the others and what about what the customers see day in and day out. If anyone believes My father or I were taking control ask the people who have been there and what was happening. If I can read in which i can a number of people are on here saying how he treated me.....

I feel so bad and you know I did. YOu were very patient. My dad felt bad also and I understood why you didnt come back and you were the best customer. Your car just about revealed what we were capable if there wasnt so much bullS**t happening and peoples anger and napolean syndrome. I know you werent coming back and wish i had you number and will always take care of you mikey the way it should have always been.
You were a friend to him and it comes to show you that it doesnt matter who you are, or how much you mean to him, he does what he wants and doesnt care how you feel.
Your always a friend in my book Mikey

Chris, As I told you on the phone if you need anything let me know. You aare a good guy and so is your Dad. Keep your head up and you will come back smarter and stronger!!! Yeah Nick tried to tell me the day before I picked it (still was misfiring even with the HKS DLI0) that I needed a new wiring harness. BS I don't have a new one and TT had no problem with it (except the autolite plugs). I just got it running today and I have a boost leak somewhere that I need to diagnose. The car vibrates way more than my stock motor.
Anyways its history and hopefully so is Nick-
I may be trading it in on an ix after I get it perfect for the next buyer. It's close now.
FYI-Nick signed a reciept for stuff he owed me (your dad withnessed it ) including the revolver cams (Nick deny's it to this day and will leave me a nasty gram that he does't. You live and learn, the problem is when you learn you pay the price.

Chris - remember when he had you hook up the laptop and yelled at you for 15 minutes for turning the laptop on, then my car had a oil leak (which I pointed out to him and he was like where I don't see one) from the turbo and he started *****in at you again. He treated you like a kid, I have also heard him treat other former employess the same way (Joe,Mitch ect ).
Who can believe Nick? his GF should not believe him. I feel sorry for her.
I'll share my story with you guys later.
now on with more positive note.
this is for the Arizona guys: i am surprised and very pleased with how you guys stick together. Abner might have had some rough times (and i felt really bad for him when all that **** happened), but i am pretty sure having friends like you made the **** a lot easier to deal with.

I'm going to add my two cents into this as well. Chris has been a good friend of mine and was a customer when I was a "business" part with Nick. A little about me, I own a Nissan performance company that has been around for over 5 years and has had ZERO customer issues, financial troubles, NOTHING until I met Nick. I went into business with him as it "seemed" a smart move to allow my company to grow...that turned out to be the worst business decision I've ever made.
There are many things that customers and members of this community need to know about Nick Karanikas. I'll start by saying he is first off a convicted fellon and is currently on probation for aggervated assault with bodily harm. He is on a 3 year term with this as we speak.
Now off to the things that happen while at Precision Dyno. Originally in Moorestown NJ (876 N. Lenola Rd. Ste 7E, Moorestown NJ 08057) I became a "business partner" of Nicks back in July of last year. In the beginning things appeared to be very straight forward but after a few weeks of working with this individual I started to see the true colors being exposed.
Eye witness to vandilism to customers cars, stealing parts of customers cars to put on his personal car as well as other customers cars that he was working on. Sending cars to Maaco to get pain jobs and claiming he did all the body work and paint himself at the shop. (I have maaco receipts to prove this) Installing used clutch parts on customers Evos (IXCELER), telling customers their transfer cases were blown when in fact they weren't. He would call up John at TRE and have him build him a Race TFC and charge the customer $1900 and end up putting a used TFC out of his car or someone elses. This happened to BOMZevo who is well known here on this forum. Nick would also overcharge customers on their bills on labor that was already supposed to be covered under the labor of an install. Nick took a customers 2nd Gen Turbo Eclipse and blew it up the dyno using an AEM, Nick pulled the engine without informing the customer. The customer didn't ask to have his engine pulled so Nick started selling parts off this customers car to other customers. One being an AEM EMS to one of the owners of RX4 Speed in NJ, a turbocharger and manifold to a customers car that he vandalized, and a slew of other items. I was a witness to Nick also going to a customers house and stealing merchandise (stock EVO ECU) off this customers porch. To this day this cusotmers Evo no longer runs due to the tune NIck put in his AEM which had to go to AEM POWER itself to be tested and ended up being a failure as AEM would not even return the AEM with the tune that was in the unit as they said to the customer that the program was so dangerous they were surprised that his car was even running. Well shortly after..his car took a dump and is now in pieces.
Numerous customers cars were damaged on the dyno due to improper setups, and as a result cars came off the dyno while in testing mode, he also had customers suspension parts break while strapping the car down as he would strap the car down on a tie rod or tension rod and when under load the arms would snap or bend causing the car to not drive correctly.
Nick continuously threatened many customers while I worked there including Mark from Turbotrix. The illustrious shirts he had made were to be worn at the Buschur event last summer to make himself feel better as a "tuner" so to speak. This caused quite a stir as you can imagine.
Other instances were, Nick would take customers cars out joy riding as well as to the track to race them!!!!. He would take these cars out so he'd have something to drive during the weekend because he didn't like driving his POS at the time I suppose. I personally can attest to even seeing Nick dyno tune cars with so much ignition timing it would burn your skull. On BomzEvos car I witness him hiking ignition to 48-52 degrees above 5000rpms. Individuals always say they feel such a huge difference but if you ever notice their ETs were always low as the car would fall flat on its face up top.
Problems I personally had were embezzlement of over $60,000 in funds from the bank account. Bank Intrusion on personal bank accounts without authorization (federal crime) I have him on tape threatening to kill me. He vandilized my truck by spray painting it on the passenger side. He would come to my house and harrass me as well as my family at 10:30-11:00 at night causing problems. I have FULL bank records of every check he wrote to exceed the bank accounts funds available.
Nick also called business clients that I deal with and told them lies about me and what I did/do. He called customers telling them to do chargebacks so the funds would be reversed out of the account so he would get the money. (I have FULL documentation on ALL of this). I have every bounced check he's written out of the account. This account Im referring to is the business known as Performance Engineering which Nick tells everyone that he never owned yet if you search the DNS entry of who owns the domain it comes up his name.
Here is the proof of the domain info:
I have merchant account information that leads back to Nick as well that he owned this business as well as the bank records of the account opening with mine and his signature on it.
Individuals on this forum I'm sure thought they were getting a great deal from an individual that knows how to talk. Unfortunately thats all he can do is talk. Nick has no mechanical background or tuning expertise at all. He is a self taught tuner at which has cost him several engines as well as two of his own in the recent past. One being his evo coming back from the Buschur Event when he melted/cracked EVERY piston in his entire engine. He was using ECUTEK to tune his evo.
This thread is not about bashing Nick or PDT...however it is stating the truth about an individual that many used/still hold in high regard as knowing what he's doing and having a company. Many of you don't know that this Precision Dyno Tuning LLC is registered in DE yet he is conducting business in PA. That is against the law as he is not paying any state/federal taxes in his area nor is he registered in the state of PA to conduct business of any sorts.
If you want proof of ANY information I have stated you can PM me. I have pictures as well as scanned documents.

btw, Nick did tell Abner that the vibration could be coming from the TFC as it was going bad(yeah, right....) as the vibration was occuring in neutral with the clutch disengaged (to the floor) and the TFC does not move at all in this scenario.
