yes that is true. I know this customers personally as he is a friend of mine. Its very heart wrenching to know what Nick has been doing and has continued his venture in screwing individuals over. When I left the shop with my trusted mechanic and good friend Joe, individuals should have listened to me...but instead they dug their nails in with Nicks lies and maintained their loyalties to Nick. Very sad as now they are the ones being taken advantage of.

I will tell you this...there has not been A SINGLE car that has ever come out that shop that hasn't had anything missing,broke,stolen,blowup, ect ect. I really hope this community sees the truth and understands the individuals such as myself, Chris and so many others that we mean what we say and we strongly urge you to think twice before you go and believe someone of Nicks calibur. I have the longest wrap sheet on Nick than anyone else. I have full background information on him, full bank records, ALL addresses he's lived at in the past 5 years which has equated to over 12 different addresses!!!! I have threatening emails, tape recordings, damage to personal belongings...the list goes on and on.

Here are some pics of the cars Nick vandalized, the shop that Chris stated Nick told him he didn't have enough money to afford yet wrote two checks out to the owner...I also have some info for the other vendors on this forum about the ECUTEK issue that you may want to address to Ben about.

Anyways..here is the stuff

These images are of a 1rst Gen Eclipse/Talon that Nick sold my buddy Drew who used to work for me in the shop with Nick. He sold this car for $500 to Drew. Numerous problems with police occured as Nick would not give the car to Drew EVEN when the cops were present. Drew found the car at the Philly shop in this condition...mind you...when he sold Drew the car it was RUNNING and was a COMPLETE car!! Many parts off this car ended up on a customers car Nick vandalized. I have pictures to show of the car he vandalized. I am 100% sure all of the parts missing off Drews car shown below are on Joe Ferrogines car who owns the other Eclipse/Talon that Nick put these parts on.

Here are pics of the shop that was right behind the original shop in Moorestown. This is again is the shop Nick told Chris they couldn't afford. Along are also the checks he wrote to the landlord that ended up bouncing.






Here are the checks written to the land lord for this shop...funny how Nick stated to Chris he didn't have money but he sure did cut some serious money to this land lord.





Here are checks proving that Nick would take these customers cars to Maaco to get paint jobs done to them. I've seen where he would quote a customer $1600 or so for a pain job and it would cost him $350-600. This check ended up bouncing.





Here is a check he wrote to cover his rent that was apparently MONTHS past due. Whats funny is the apt he had was not even in his name..it was in an ex-employees name that he fired because he didn't like him anymore. However he kept the apt because he needed a place to live. This destroyed this employees credit terribly. Here is the proof of the check.

Parts were missing off Chris's car were to include his A/C Condensor which ended up in IXCELER8s Evo due to Nick damaging the OEM one. So he figured he'd take the one out of Chris's car for the meantime. You can also see the police car in the parking lot. What was really strange to me was that when Joe and I came home from Ohio during that weekend everything was perfect, I made sure the cars were fine before I left. Sunday I get a call from Nick saying cars were vandalized...quite strange.***

Damn Chris how many days we were both there. This just brings back bad memories for me. My car is still not right after 13k spent.Chris I was surprised when you got rid of the silver one(I did not know it blew up). So is AJ getting suckered?

Another item I never had returned was an ACT 6 puck Nick installed on my car (had maybe 2.5 k on it. When he installed the exedy triple I expected to this back. He told me he threw it out. Someone I am sure has it in there car.

Chris get focused with your lawyer and keep working on cars.

Yes Nick you are right and there are many sides to a story, THE TRUTH AND YOUR BULLsh*t. There is plenty of proof to shut your mouth. Thousands have seen this and know what your all about. There is no website about you anymore cause there is no point you just f**K yourself.

Like I said before how you always innocent. Is it because you have a kind heart that you give out to people and they see an opportuninty to screw you. No you come off to be a caring individual for customers and business partners. You do your bulls**t talking you do and that always gets you now where.

Wow man, I feel your pain, I would probley kill the kid by now, goodluck bro hope everything works out well for you and your dad. They should put that ******* in jail.

 

Chris remember when he left your window open (pooring rain outside), I believe that was the day I first met you. Your car was soaked and we ended up putting floormats from my car so it would at least help stop the water a bit.

Based on the LLC you and your dad own 67% of Precision. 25 you 25 your dad then 25 split 3 ways. Nick only owns 33%. Have him thrown out of the shop today. It is your and your dads by majority ownership. Unless I read the agreemnet wrong.If so advise me...

Ps- I waited 3 weeks for my AC to get fixed, it was August of last year and it was so hot (in the 90's).
