You know what sucks is that I had an 04 silver 8 ssl paid for with no payment. I traded it in for reason i shouldn't have done. Nick wanted to be the first to tune the evo 9 and I didnt mind having a new evo but didnt need it. My AEM EMS from my silver evo was used to by the ECUTEK software. Does that make the software mine? My evo 9 turbo was also taken from me in which I didnt know to trade for an AEM EMS to use for another customers car (he thought it was new),

This is Scott, the person with the broken ankle that ran down the road to pick up the crank pulley that fell off of Abner's car. As sad as it was Abner was still laughing his a$$ off watching my crippled a$$ run down the middle of the road.

I will first point out that I will not bash, but only state the truth and what I have seen(it's a lot!). I am real close to Abner and have known everything that has gone on.

Here's a synopsis: Abner blew his car at Vivid in Pheonix while Nick was tuning it! ON THE DYNO! Abner, being the nice person that he is and always will be, thought it was just a fluke and actually blamed it on the Autronics not having nock control. Abner agreed to ship the car the NJ for $1000, get it rebuilt with a stroker and gt35r and Excedy twin disk for $7K. To make a long story short, abner ended up getting a 2.4L block and not the stroker. Also, no gte5r, just stock turbo and no exedy twin disk, just ACT. Abner paid $1K to trailer it back. Out $9K now, Abner gets the car back and it's making all kinds of vibration noises. We(all of us in Tucson) try to figure out where it is coming from and conclude that it's somewhere in the driveline. In addition there are a lot of misc. parts missing from the car. like the battery tidown, the support bars on the bottom of the car, misc support brackets. Abner and I actually made a list and took pictures. If this thread is still here, I will post them...... All will be shocked. Ray(rraulston) thinks its the motor vibrating because Nick doesn't put in the balance shafts. Well that's a whole nother story. So, Abner continues to drive the car and I was with him, when we heard something literally fall off the car! look in the rear view and the crank pulley is rolling down the road. The wrong bolts were used to put it on (I have pictures of that too! to be posted later). Despite all this, Abner called Nick and was angry, but held himself from telling everyone right away because he wanted to give nick a chance to make it better. So Nick decided to fly down so he could address all the problems. He came down and did nothing but change the timing belt to a smaller one???? and said that he couldn't hear anything wrong with the car. In addition, we did a compression test, and the cylinder pressures were, no joke: cyl1-185, cyl2-185, cyl3-150, cyl4-185. I was cranking over the car, so I didn't see the numbers, but Abner did and didn't say nothing!!!! Nick said the pressure in cyl3 is always a little lower, ha, ha, than the rest. I asked him for hard numbers and he told me cyl3 was 170. On the drive home, Abner told me what he saw......I about **** my pants, asking why he didn't say anything!!!!! Abner said he wanted to sell the car. I told him when we got home we would test the compression again and if what he saw was true then he should go trade in the car for a new one. Sure thing, the compression results where exactly what Abner saw and to make a long story short, Abner now has a new MR, yeah Abner!!!

Like I said, no bashing just truth, people be the judge.

If this post is stil here later tonight I will post a list, and pictures, of all the things that were missing or done incorrectly on Abners car. The list is long, no joke, but do not have my camera with me right now, I'm at edwins place.

Sorry to hear Chris, I don't know if you remember me, I flew up with Abner to check on his car.

Sorry for the long post, but the truth needs to be told!!!!!!

DID he ever get the crank pulley that was sent with the right bolts. Was Abner expecting a new crank pulley and new bolts cause i was told to take it out of one of the bins that had customers parts. I dont know if it was nicks old one or a customers but it was cleaned up and the bolts were cleaned by a wire wheel and sent.....

Yes he did get it, just as Nick promised, with bolts and that is about the only good thing that Nick did. I thought he was going to make everything right when he flew down, but it was all just blowing smoke. He told Abner and I how he threw you out, because he couldn't deal with your bull**** anymore. I was like what?????? because, from what I saw, it seemed that you and your Dad were so nice to him and praising his work. I thought, why would someone want to abandon a partnership like that. He made it seem like you and your dad were telling him what to do and how to run his businesss.

Thats a total lie but thanks for you info and I heard other rumors as well. Know one was telling him what to do. My father cared for him as well as I and he tried to teach nick how to run a business cause he doesnt know how nor take care of customers or employees.
