White? What have you been doing?

I have used the Prestone carpet cleaner before and it works well but I woud not us it on the arm rest because of the suade like material.

Are you sure it isn't the fabric wearing out? I have something similar going on but, upon closer inspection it looks like the fabric is wearing through.

yeah the fabric on the stock armrest wears out pretty quick, if you notice there is like no padding whatsoever on it. replace it with a Cf piece !!!

Its sweat and oil from your skin. Ive also used prestone carpet cleaner on it and the center rest..works great. I clean it monthly and rub lightly. Thats the cheapest crap they chose for that application.

if it is wearing out replace with alcantara, any custom auto upholstery shop can do it - just make sure they take the door off the right way so it does not rattle.

Even though it looks worn try the carpet cleaner, mine does the same thing but it comes right up. Pressure on it makes it flatten but after a cleaning it comes back up.
